Aurelie Artero Gaillard has been serving as the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Groupe Simon-Chouteau since April 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team of 25 HR collaborators, defining HR strategy in alignment with company projects, and providing guidance to managers on HR matters. With a total workforce of 1300 employees, Aurelie has previously held roles such as Responsable Ressources Humaines and Chargée de developpement des Ressources Humaines, focusing on implementing HR policies, recruitment, and employee development. Additionally, Aurelie is an active member of the ANDRH Limousin and the Club ETI Bretagne. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management des Organisations with a focus on Human Resources from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, along with other relevant degrees in Human Resources management from IUT GEA Paris.
