Paul Rafalowski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Routeware, Inc. since November 2022, Paul has previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at TCP (TimeClock Plus) from 2020 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as EVP of Sales & Marketing at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. (2014-2020), and various leadership positions at Metal Networks, Accruent, IntraLinks, InnerIQ, and Parametric Technology Corporation. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1990 and 1994.
