Lee Lefkowitz is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and building teams across various sectors, including technology and education. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since August 2022, Lee focuses on developing a technical talent network for growth stage companies in the Growth/Venture Consumer space. Previously, as VP of Recruiting at Outlier AI, Lee played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 20 to over 60 employees and successfully led executive searches during the organization's growth phase. Lee has also held leadership positions in recruiting at companies such as AltSchool, Amazon Music, and Citi, demonstrating a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruiting processes. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and has experience in technical recruitment dating back to 2004.
