Joe Morrissey is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in sales and operations across various leading companies. Currently serving as a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since August 2022, and as an Independent Board Member at Neon, Inc. since May 2022, Joe also invests in and advises several startups. Notable past roles include Chief Revenue Officer at Segment, where oversight of sales and operations contributed to the company's acquisition by Twilio, and SVP of International Operations at Hortonworks during its merger with Cloudera. Joe has held significant positions in organizations such as MongoDB and Oracle MySQL, building strong sales strategies and operations in global markets. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
