Douglas J. Andrea, has been President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2005, Chairman of the Board of Directors since November 2001, a Director of the Company since 1991 and Corporate Secretary since 2003. He was Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company from November 1998 until August 2001. He served as Co-President of the Company from November 1992 to November 1998, as Vice President – Engineering of the Company from December 1991 to November 1992, and Secretary of the Company from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Andrea has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Syracuse University.
