Kelley Carzo is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Andover Public Schools since May 2023. Kelley has previously worked as an Academic Tutor at Wakeman Boys & Girls Club, where close relationships were developed with middle school students while providing support in various subjects. Other notable roles include Peer Notetaker at Fairfield University, Mentor with the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, and Childcare Provider in multiple settings, including SHED Children's Campus and private families. Kelley is pursuing a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Merrimack College, following a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Educational Studies from Fairfield University.
