Kate Quirke is a Non-Executive Director at ANDHealth and has over 20 years experience in sales and product management.
Kate started their career at iSOFT where they were part of the team that performed a Management Buy Out of the CSC Healthcare products business to create iSOFT Asia Pacific. Kate was involved in Operational Management from the inception of iSOFT and managed the Sales Team and the Product Management Group which included product delivery of the iSOFT product range as well as the sourcing and inclusion of new products such as iPharmacy and iClinincal Manager.
In 2000 Kate was a member of the NSW Health Council task force set up to review and make recommendations on improvements to healthcare in NSW, which resulted in among other things, the recommendation to establish the position of CIO in NSW and implement a clinical information system.
After leaving iSOFT, Kate joined the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation as a Board Member. As a member of the Board responsible for the strategic direction and governance of this Not for Profit organisation focused on introducing pleasurable food education to Australian primary schools as a way of combating obesity.
Kate has been a Non-Executive Director at Alcidion Group Limited (ASX: ALC) since January 2004.
Kate Quirke has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Latrobe University in the field of Health Information Management. Kate also has a degree from Star of the Sea in Gardenvale.
