Alan Hladis is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and projects across various industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Anderson Process since December 2022, Alan leads a multidiscipline team in designing custom fluid handling systems and has expertise in process, mechanical, and controls/electrical engineering. Prior roles include Advanced Process Engineering Manager at JAC Products, where Alan managed the installation of an aluminum anodizing line, and Thermoforming Process Engineering Manager at Dart Container, overseeing product development for thermoformed products. Alan has also held positions as Principal/Owner of a consulting firm, Manufacturing Manager at HydroGen LLC, Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls, Product Development Manager at Graco, and Production and Mechanical Engineering Manager at Dow Chemical. Alan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Operations from Lawrence Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
