Rebecca Pfannes has a diverse background in supply chain management and operations, with a progressive career spanning multiple companies. At Andersen Corporation, Rebecca holds roles as Supply Chain Project Leader and Supply Chain Analyst. Previous experience at Target includes positions as ICQA Operations Manager and Executive Operations Manager. At nVent, Rebecca served as Production Supervisor and Lean Lead, while at Pentair, roles included Lean Leader, Supply Chain Analyst, and participation in the Supply Chain Specialist - Leadership Development Program. Early career experience includes internships in supply chain excellence, indirect procurement, and collections at Johnson Controls. Rebecca earned a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has also completed post-secondary education at the University of Wisconsin Superior.
