Lindsey Green is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Andersen Corporation since September 2024, Lindsey has previously held similar positions at Deluxe and Schwan's Company. With a strong background in recruitment and business development, Lindsey has also worked in various capacities at U.S. Bank, C.H. Robinson, Technisource, The Latitude Group, Pro Staff, and Des Moines Eye Surgeons. In addition to expertise in talent acquisition, Lindsey is a licensed esthetician and freelance makeup artist, specializing in skincare, makeup application, and waxing, with a formal education in esthetics from La James College and studies at Des Moines Area Community College.
