Tomasz Rados is an experienced financial officer currently serving at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM). Tomasz has a history of involvement in various European organizations, including the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, and served as president of Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations. Additional experience includes roles at the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
