Steve Bohn has worked in a variety of financial roles since 1989. Steve's career began with the US Army, where they served as an Officer from 1989-1994. After leaving the Army, they worked as a General Ledger Manager for CH2M HILL from 1994-1997. Steve then moved to CET Environmental Solutions as an Assistant Controller from 1997-2000, and then to NuWorld Solutions as a Controller/Co-Founder from 2000-2002. Steve then worked as a Financial Analyst/Forecasting Manager for Orange Glo from 2002-2007, and then as a Controller for SCS Forest Products from 2007-2009. In 2009, they joined Motion and Flow Control Products as Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for providing leadership to two direct reports and 20+ total personnel. Steve also led the annual budgeting process and managed established budgets to drive growth and profitability. During their time there, they reduced operating expenses by 1% ($300k) per year, improved working capital velocities, and led the acquisition and integration of seven companies, which resulted in a 400% revenue increase. In 2021, they moved to CCS as Chief Financial Officer, and then to ANDE in 2022.

Steve Bohn has a diverse educational background. Steve obtained a BA in Biology from the University of Delaware between 1985 and 1989. Steve then went on to earn an MS in Accounting from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business between 1995 and 1997. Steve later returned to the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business to obtain an MBA in Finance between 2006 and 2009. Steve has also obtained various certifications, including Excel: Analytics Tips, Excel Business Intelligence: Power Query, Using Power BI with Excel, Microsoft Planner Essential Training, FP&A, CTP, CFM, CGMA, CMA, and CPA.
