Roger Hamilton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Chief for Strategic Clients and Senior Client Partner at AND Digital, Roger leads major global clients in banking and media. Previously, Roger held the position of Partner and IBM Executive at IBM Global Business Services, focusing on banking and financial services, and served as Head of Scotland at Capco, where responsibilities included operational leadership and major client engagements. Roger's career began at Lloyds TSB, progressing through various roles including IT Portfolio Lead at Lloyds Banking Group, where Roger managed a large PMO team and developed standardized IT processes. Educationally, Roger holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Aberdeen and has obtained several project management certifications.
