Christine K. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Lead at AND Digital since September 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing all people activities and fostering a remarkable organizational culture. Prior to that, Christine held the position of Global HR Project Manager at Fagron from December 2020 to August 2022, contributing to the company’s focus on personalized medication. Additional experience includes working as a Consultant at SHL, a Client Advisor at CEB (now Gartner), and an Associate Client Advisor at Kenexa, an IBM Company. Christine began their career with an internship in Group HR Leadership & Change at ING. Christine holds a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
