Jagdeep Choongh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career at Jimmy Spices as a Manager from September 2012 to December 2015. They then worked at Advanced as an Associate Inside Sales Executive from April 2016 to September 2016. After that, they joined BT as a Business Account Manager from January 2017 to May 2019. Following this, they worked at Sparta Global as a Business Test Consultant from May 2019 to August 2020. From September 2020 to July 2021, they held the position of Junior Project Manager at Alcumus, and from July 2021 to December 2022, they served as a Project Delivery Manager at the same company. Currently, Jagdeep is employed at Ancoris as a Project Manager from December 2022 onwards.

Jagdeep Choongh obtained a BA degree in Financial Services from Coventry University, specializing in Financial Planning, Services, and Management. This degree was earned from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Jagdeep has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the PRINCE2 Foundation Certification in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2021, the Business Analyst Certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in September 2019, and the ISTQB-ISEB Certified Tester certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in May 2019.
