Tamara Kasper has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Tamara started their career as a Librarian at Derby Public Library, where they supervised staff, conducted programming, and wrote grants. Tamara then moved on to work as an Associate Editor at LMT Communications, Inc.

In 2010, Tamara joined the University of South Carolina as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant, focusing on library and information science and conducting research on video gaming programs offered by public libraries. Concurrently, they also worked as a Contract Item Writer at a Software Development Company.

From 2012 to 2018, Tamara held multiple roles at different institutions. Tamara served as the Director of Education at Miller-Motte Technical College-North Charleston and Delta Career Education Corporation. During their tenure at Delta, they also took on responsibilities as an Instructor, teaching general education classes, and as a Digital Librarian, providing library services to students and faculty.

Tamara's experience in the education sector continued with their role as the Head Librarian at Delta Career Education Corporation, where they managed an academic library, trained staff, and delivered reference services. Additionally, they worked as a Reference Librarian at the College of Charleston for a brief period in 2016.

In 2015 and 2016, Tamara worked as an English Software Content Consultant at Hawkes Learning, authoring instructional content and testing it in an online platform.

Most recently, they joined Ancora Education in 2018 as the Manager of Academic Operations.

Tamara Kasper completed their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2005 at Sacred Heart University, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) with a focus on Education and Teaching.
