In 1995 he graduated from the Kiev National University after Taras Shevchenko, Faculty of Sociology and Psychology. In 2005 he got a diploma from the Open British University with a degree in Management and Strategic Planning.

Yuriy started his professional career at ANCOR in 2005 as the office director in Kyiv. Over the next two years, he developed the ANCOR network in Ukraine, that grew with offices in Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv and Donetsk.

In 2008, Yuriy was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. In this position, he was responsible for shaping the overall strategy and financial performance.

In 2013, Yuriy moved to the position of Area Director in Ukraine.

In 2022, Yuriy promoted to the position of Adviser to General Director on Business Development in Ukraine.
