Paula is a HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Operational and Strategic Human Resources. Paula has overseen and developed all aspects of a Global HR including HRIS, Benefits, Compliance, Payroll, Employee Relations and Talent Management.

Prior to uPerform, Paula has held several positions in Human Resources at T. Rowe Price and Educate Inc. as a Sr. HRIS and Compliance Analyst, as well as Benefits/Payroll Specialist. She holds a degree in Information Systems Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland. Paula is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Howard County, Maryland Chapter.
