The leadership team at Municipality of Anchorage has a long history of environmental research and law. The team includes a consultant who worked on the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council, a contract researcher who worked at The Nature Conservancy, and the legal affairs and land transactions director at Great Land Trust. The team also has a judicial law clerk who worked at the United States District Court. All members of the team have a degree in environmental studies from UC Santa Barbara.
