Kristin Young serves as the VP of Loan Originations at Anchor Loans, a position held since March 2024. With extensive experience in the lending sector, Kristin previously worked as the VP and Loan Officer at Genesis Capital LLC, focusing on bridge, construction, fix and flip, and recap loans for developers and investors. Prior roles include VP of Sales Manager in the Construction Banking Division at Banc of California, where a loan process revamp led to a 52% reduction in application-to-funding time, and Branch Manager at Intercap Renovate, specializing in FHA 203K renovations. Additional experience encompasses senior loan officer roles, construction lending management, and significant contributions to technology projects in earlier positions. Kristin holds a BA in Political Science from Sonoma State University.
