Justin Istenes, AIA, is an experienced architectural and construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction at Anchor Health Properties since May 2021. In this role, Justin contributes to the company's development platform while collaborating closely with asset and property management, as well as investments and acquisitions, to enhance healthcare through real estate solutions. Prior to this position, Justin worked as a Design and Construction Project Manager at Tower Health from May 2019 to May 2021, overseeing capital projects from planning to closeout. Justin's career began at AEM Architects, Inc., where Justin held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Architect over a 23-year tenure, starting as an architectural intern. Justin also gained early experience as an architectural intern at Kass & Associates. Justin holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Philadelphia University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
