Melvin Woodard is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Anchor Fabrication LLC since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Quality Manager at Jagemann Precision Plastics, where responsibilities included management representation for IATF 16949 and oversight of customer and supplier quality, as well as metrology lab functions.
