Monica Fan-Bradley currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Ancala, focusing on building a high-performing team for client relationship management. Previously, Monica held the position of Head of Institutional Sales & Consultant Relations in Global Client Solutions at Aviva Investors, where strategic business plans were developed for asset growth. As an inaugural board member of the Asset Manager Forum, Monica contributed to analyzing industry trends and optimizing data delivery for investment decision-making. Prior roles include Head of Global Consultant Relations at UBS, where Monica managed key client relationships, and EMEA Consultant Relations Director at BNY Mellon, achieving significant asset growth. Monica’s experience also includes leadership roles at Millennium Global Investments, State Street Global Advisors, Oliver Wyman, and RBC Capital Markets, complemented by a Master’s in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Sydney.
