Leonard Jimmy Setiawan is an experienced manufacturing and production professional with a strong background in engineering. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer at ANCA CNC Machines since February 2018, Leonard has previously held roles such as Production Engineer at Medmont International Pty Ltd, where production efficiency was more than doubled, and R&D Mechanical Engineer at ASM Assembly Systems. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Makino Asia Pte Ltd and Process Engineer at PT Astra Honda Motor, focusing on manufacturing process development and equipment design. Leonard holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Tarumanagara, earned in 2003.
