Corinne VARGAS has extensive experience in project management and performance enhancement within the healthcare and medico-social sectors. Currently, Corinne serves at ANAP, focusing on performance optimization since November 2022. Previously, from September 2017 to November 2022, Corinne held the role of Directrice Projets Opérationnel et Pôle Performance at Korian, where responsibilities included economic performance monitoring, organizational structuring, and project deployment across France. Prior experiences include serving as a Consultante Formatrice independently from February 2012 to December 2020, where Corinne provided consultancy and training services, and a Chargée de projet at Baqimehp from April 2013 to September 2017. Corinne's career began at CLINEA, where roles included Directrice Clinique and Responsable Qualité from November 2001 to January 2012. Educational qualifications encompass a Green Belt in Lean Management, certification in Design Thinking, and a degree in Engineering in Health, among others.
