Jennifer Carpenter currently holds the position of Vice President and Global Head of Talent at Analog Devices, a role assumed in May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search at IBM from March 2020 to May 2023, and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Delta Air Lines from January 2018 to February 2020. Jennifer spent over two decades at Accenture, advancing through various roles including Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Director of Learning & Talent Development, and Global HR Business Partner. Jennifer's educational background features a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College, as well as a Master's of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford.
