Sebastián Miranda Díaz is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Quantitative Analysis Director and Financial Risk Senior Manager at Solventis A.V. S.A. since September 2007. In this role, Sebastián specializes in financial asset valuation, structured products design and implementation, risk control consulting, and compliance projects aligned with NIIF/IFRS 13 and MIFID.
