Ujjwal Grover is the co-founder of Harmonize, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engineering at PepperTap from 2014 to 2016, where they led all engineering efforts and was responsible for hiring and mentoring engineering talent. In 2012, they held the role of Senior Developer Technology at Hoppr, where they led backend development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at SlideShare from 2011 to 2012 and at ESPN Cricinfo from 2009 to 2011, where they powered the backend of various websites. Ujjwal began their career at MindTree in 2007 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on programming prototype boards for automotive diagnostics handheld devices. Additionally, they co-founded TempoStand Music in 2006 and served as the tech guy until 2009.

Ujjwal Grover attended Christ Church Boys Senior Secondary School from 1996 to 2003. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at DAIICT from 2003 to 2007.
