Emma Lambert is an experienced professional in talent development and employee experience, currently serving as the Head of Talent Development at Anabas since October 2023. Prior to this role, Emma worked at THE OFFICE CONCIERGE COMPANY LIMITED for over 16 years, holding positions including Learning and Development Consultant, Employee Experience Manager, and Front of House Manager. Previous experience includes roles at Mitchells & Butlers PLC as Deputy Manager, Ryanair as Cabin Crew, and Sodexo as Front of House & Facilities Helpdesk Manager. Emma holds a Level 5 qualification in Learning and Development and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management from CIPD and ILM, respectively.
