Ron Sharpe possesses extensive experience in the fields of research and product development, specializing in health, wellness, and beauty sectors. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at Amway Corporation since August 1990, Ron focuses on new technology acquisition and development, strategic technology planning, and health and beauty product innovation. Prior to this role, Ron was a Research Scientist at Tambrands Inc. for five years, contributing to the company's initiatives within the P&G division, and worked as a Scientist at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, where product development for OTC drugs was a primary responsibility. Ron holds a Certificate in Technology Management from Caltech, an MS in Cosmetic Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a BA in Biology from Rutgers University.
