Juliana Rinaldi Vazquez is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across global organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Amway Europe since December 2022, Juliana has previously held positions such as Global HRBP at Amway and Head of Human Resources for Mexico & Central America at Amway Costa Rica. With a career spanning over two decades, Juliana has demonstrated expertise in HR management systems, organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR partnerships, with prior roles at companies like Sephora, Motorola Industrial, Levi Strauss & Co., and Voith Siemens. Juliana holds an MBA in HR from USP and a Post Graduation in HR from FAAP, complemented by a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
