Miriam OUCOUC serves as the Global Head of Client Experience for Distribution & Wealth at Amundi, where responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty while promoting a client-centric culture. Prior roles at Amundi include Global Head of Marketing & Communication for Amundi ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta, and Head of Marketing for Amundi ETF, along with a background in institutional marketing. Earlier experience includes product marketing management at SGAM - Société Générale Asset Management, focusing on multi-asset, thematic, and private equity funds. Additionally, positions in online media planning and strategy were held at Digital Attitude. Miriam OUCOUC holds a Master's degree from HEC Paris, an Auditeur libre in Art History from Ecole Du Louvre, and a Master's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Grenoble. Currently, Miriam OUCOUC also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Women in ETFs EMEA.
