Previously, Jim served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CRM Holdings, Ltd., and held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Majestic Insurance Company. Additionally, Jim was a Senior Vice President at Finance at Risk Strategies Company and has a strong educational background, earning an MBA in Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
