Andrew Hutchinson is a seasoned financial analyst with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Amtrak since July 2022, Hutchinson previously held similar roles at the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Prevent Cancer Foundation. Earlier career highlights include positions as Associate Director at Herren Associates, where support was provided to Navsea 05C for the Ohio Replacement Submarine Program, and a Senior Cost Estimator, Deputy Program Manager at Tasc, where mentorship was provided to a team of cost estimators.
