Ricardo Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ricardo began their career as Responsable de TI at Acero Macsa, S.A. de C.V. from August 1997 to September 2000. Ricardo then worked as a Diseñador de Aplicaciones de HMI at Ingersoll Rand from September 2000 to January 2003. Following this, they served as Gerente de Sistemas at Grupo Rivoli from January 2003 to March 2004.
From April 2004 to April 2018, Ricardo held multiple roles at Avista Solutions International, Inc. including IT Engineer/CRM Manager responsible for implementing and maintaining various tools and interfaces with ERP systems. Ricardo also served as ISFS, where they performed on-site installation, validation, and troubleshooting of Avista software and provided technical support to external customers.
In 2018, Ricardo joined Amtech Automation as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, designing communication networks and ensuring the performance of Avista software and interfaces.
In 2019, they joined Futura Services, Inc. as a Customer Service & Support Manager for LATAM, overseeing customer service and support operations.
Currently, Ricardo is working at Amtech Software as an Account & Sales Manager for LATAM, where they develop strong customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and provides training and professional development for teams. Ricardo also tracks seasonal targets and sets goals based on team performance.
Ricardo Martinez has a diverse education history. Ricardo pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Transforming Experience in Global Business from EGADE Business School, completing it between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) from 2014 to 2016. This degree was a double degree program between ITESM and Carnegie Mellon.
Before their master's degrees, Ricardo attended Ked Kapellman Educacion from 1998 to 2009, where they achieved an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) in TecnologÃas de Información. About five years earlier, from 1995 to 2001, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems, specializing in Systems, Electronics, and Networks.
Additionally, Ricardo has obtained various certifications including CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, and MCSE from Cisco in January 2014.
