Camilla Huus is an accomplished management consultant and strategic advisor with extensive experience in leadership and business transformation. Currently serving as chair of the board at Operate A/S and a member of the board of advisors at Monstarlab, Camilla also operates as an independent advisor specializing in strategy, growth, and business transformation. Previously, Camilla held the position of senior partner and COO at Valcon, alongside leading HR and operations. Camilla's academic background includes a B.Sc and M.Sc in Political Science and a BA in Anthropology and Organizational Development, both earned from Aarhus University.
