Richard Goehring SPHR SHRM SCP has extensive experience in human resources management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Richard serves as the Manager of Human Resources and Safety at Amsted Rail Inc since March 2010, overseeing comprehensive HR functions for a facility of 200 employees. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager positions at EGS Electrical Group and Grand Island Accessories, where Richard managed HR activities for 400+ and 150-400 employee facilities, respectively. Richard's career also includes significant roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, ConAgra Foods, and Deeter Foundries, where expertise in employee relations, safety programs, and recruitment was developed. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in German from Hastings College.
