Dezarae Jackson, MBA, CPP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Amsted Industries since March 2021. Prior to this role, Dezarae was the President of the Portland Metropolitan Payroll Association from July 2020 to July 2021 and held various positions at Consolidated Metco, Amsted Rail, and Easter Seals Midwest, showcasing extensive experience in payroll and HRIS management. Dezarae's career began at the East Coast Migrant Head Start Project, where roles included Accountant, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Payroll Specialist. Dezarae holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Strayer University.
