John Sams has extensive experience in the collection services industry, holding various executive roles throughout their career. John served as the Co CEO of AmSher Collection Services from 2008 onwards, overseeing a full-service agency specializing in banking, retail, medical, telecommunications, commercial, and legal process collections. Prior to that, they were the Sr Vice President at West Asset Management from 2005 to 2007. From 2000 to 2005, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Risk Management Alternatives. Before that, they worked at Citicorp as the National Recoveries Director from 1990 to 1999 and as the VP Global Recoveries Operations Vendor Relations at Citibank from 1981 to 1995. John also served as a Vice President at Citicorp Credit Services Inc, Citibank during the same time period.

John Sams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University.
