Andreas Schlapka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in semiconductor and technology industries. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Product Line Position and Temperature Sensors at ams OSRAM since June 2023, Andreas has previously held significant roles at NXP Semiconductors, including Director and Segment Manager of Battery Management Systems from January 2019 to June 2023, and Director of Product Definition & Marketing. Prior to NXP, Andreas worked at Micron Technology as Director of the Networking Segment and Segment Lead for Client & Graphics Memory. Andreas's career also includes a tenure at Qimonda as Director of Marketing and at Infineon Technologies as a Product Manager in Marketing. Andreas earned a promotion in Physics from the Technical University of Munich, where studies took place from 1998 to 2002.
