Zwanet Van Lubek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at AMS Institute since May 2024, Zwanet is also a board member at RoboHouse and SmartPort Rotterdam. From January 2017 to May 2024, Zwanet held roles at Delft University of Technology, including Head of Corporate Innovation and Manager of Innovation & Partnerships. Previous positions include Vice Director of MBA programs at the University of St.Gallen, Human Resources Manager at S&T AG, Business Unit Manager at IMG, Senior Consultant at KPMG, and Marketing Manager at Rabobank. Zwanet holds advanced degrees in Economics from the University of Groningen and the University of Southampton, complemented by further education at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
