Simon P. Gutknecht is a partner at Amrop and serves as a lecturer at both the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and the University of Zurich. Previously, Simon held the positions of managing director and head of HR advice at Wilhelm AG, as well as co-managing director and senior consultant at apd experts ag. Simon earned a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Zurich between 2002 and 2005 and completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Corporate Management in 2012 from the same institution.
