Sam Loiacano has been working in the customer service industry for over ten years. Sam began their career as a machinist, working for two different companies before finding their way into the customer service field. Sam started working as a security officer and then transitioned into a role as a disbursement analyst. In 2020, they joined Amrock as an account manager. Sam is known for their excellent customer service skills and their ability to build relationships with clients. Sam is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and ensure that each client is satisfied with the product or service they receive.
Sam Loiacano attended Walsh College for their BBA in Management and Macomb Community College for their A.B.A General Business degree.
