Mateusz Sielecki has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Mateusz started their career as an Associate Underwriter at Eastern Alliance Insurance Group in 2004. After this, they joined Gras Savoye as an Insurance Broker for a year. In 2005, Sielecki joined AmRest as an Investor Relations & Business Intelligence Manager, where they coordinated communication with investors and analysts. Mateusz then served as the Merger & Acquisition Director, responsible for recommending AmRest's portfolio strategy and finalizing M&A transactions. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a District Manager at Starbucks Coffee before being promoted to the position of Regional Director for Starbucks Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia. In this role, they tripled the business within three years, maintained exceptional profitability, and led the integration with AmRest. For a brief period, Sielecki served as the Regional Director for Starbucks Poland, where they achieved significant sales growth and record-high profitability. Their most recent role at AmRest is the Starbucks President for Central Europe, where they are responsible for the brand's vision, expansion, talent growth, and profitability.
Mateusz Sielecki earned a Master's Degree in Finance Management from The University of Economics in Wroclaw from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended The Stanislaw Dubois High School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999, focusing on Computer Science and Mathematics.
