Randy Shen is a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in supplier management and product engineering. Currently employed at AMREP Supplier Management Services since March 2015, Randy oversees new product introduction build management for Apple’s FPC/FPCA products, ensuring high quality standards in reporting and addressing design and process issues. Prior to this role, Randy served as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Flextronics from November 2010 to March 2015, focusing on supplier selection and collaboration with cross-functional teams to evaluate quality, capability, pricing, and delivery. Earlier, from September 2006 to October 2010, Randy worked at ASUS as a Product Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer, managing projects from new product introduction to mass production. Randy holds a degree in electrical engineering from Xuzhou Normal University, obtained from 2003 to 2006.
