Nicole Dooley has a diverse work experience in project management, administration, and consulting. Nicole began their career as the Director of Operations at Strategic Focus Inc. and later worked as a Senior Consultant at MAXIMUS. Nicole then transitioned to roles in the healthcare industry, serving as a Virtual Assistant/Marketing Consultant for NicoleDooley.com and then as an Administrative Manager at AMRA Medical. Their recent positions at AMRA Medical include Clinical Project Manager and Lead Clinical Project Manager, where they managed various projects, mentored teams, and facilitated client relationships. Additionally, they worked as the Manager of Special Projects at ClinSmart, a clinical research organization.

Nicole Dooley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics & Marketing at Fairfield University from 1992 to 1996. In 1995, they studied Business & Art at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Nicole also engaged in select education courses at Caldwell University in 2003-2004. Additionally, they obtained a Yoga Certification from the YOGADHARMA 300 Hour Teacher Training Program in 2011-2012. Nicole further expanded their knowledge by acquiring various certifications, including Good Clinical Practice ICH GCP for Clinical Research in 2023 from Udemy and Ambra Academy Levels 1 & 2 from Ambra Health in 2020-2021. Nicole is also working towards obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from the Project Management Institute. Nicole attended Marie Forleo's B-School in 2014 & 2016.
