Nami Dosso is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies, currently serving at Amptec Research Corporation since April 2021, where a 20% increase in sprint completion rates has been achieved through effective facilitation of scrum meetings and collaboration with the Product Owner. Previously, Nami held the Scrum Master position at African Development Bank Group from March 2018 to December 2020, leading Scrum events and removing obstacles to enhance team productivity.
