Erica Ruliffson Schultz serves as the President of Field Operations at Confluent since October 2019, focusing on data infrastructure for real-time data streaming. In addition to this role, Erica has been a Board Member at Amplitude and a Founding LP and Fund Advisor at Operator Collective since January 2021 and January 2019, respectively. Serving on the Board of Trustees at Dartmouth College from June 2016 to June 2024, Erica's extensive career includes pivotal positions at New Relic, where leadership spanned sales and customer success from pre-IPO to significant revenue growth, as well as roles at Optimizely, LivePerson, and Oracle. At Oracle, Erica held multiple leadership positions, including Group VP for SaaS Applications, emphasizing sales performance across North America and contributing to initiatives for women's leadership. Erica earned a degree from Dartmouth College, graduating in 1995.
