Zheng (Sam) Pan is a seasoned bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Bioinformatics at AmplifyBio since October 2022, Zheng previously held the position of Director of Bioinformatics at PACT Pharma from February 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading teams in ongoing clinical trial support and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines. Earlier in the career, Zheng contributed as Associate Director of Bioinformatics and Principal Investigator, building innovative teams and developing critical NGS pipelines for personalized TCR-T therapy. Zheng’s past roles include Senior Scientist at Amgen and Scientist positions at Tularik and DoubleTwist, along with research at Harvard Medical School. Educational credentials include a Postdoctoral degree from Harvard Medical School, a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Fudan University.
