Application Support Team Leader at Amplience

Genette W. has extensive experience in application support and IT services, currently serving as the Application Support Team Leader at Amplience since September 2019, where previous roles included Senior Application Support Engineer and Application Support Engineer. Prior to Amplience, Genette worked at Highways England from April 2017 to September 2019 as a ServiceNow System Admin, focusing on tool improvements for ITIL processes, and served as an IT Support Engineer following a TUPE transfer from Aone+. Genette’s career began at A-one+ in March 2014, where responsibilities encompassed providing software and hardware fixes at various site locations. Genette holds a NVQ Level 2 in User Support and Information Technology from Bishop Auckland College and ITEC Northeast Training.
